I must be at least 25 years of age in order to rent equipment from Ohana Kai Watersports. If OKWS staff arrive on site to find that I am not, OKWS reserves the right to cancel my rental with no refund. I also understand that operators/drivers must be at least 18 years of age, and no one under the age of 5 may ride on a jet ski.

Group Size Agreement | Please Read Carefully *

I am booking a Multi Day Rental [Tow Away/Delivery] or Event Package. This does not apply to me.
1-4 Drivers (included in the rate)
5-11 Drivers (please add 95 to my bill for a facilitator. A member of OKWS staff will remain on-site to help make sure no one hurts themselves or our equipment. Changing drivers is commonly when (expensive) damage is caused and we try our best to help out here, as well as reminding folks how to use them, and sending people in and out of wherever you guys are hanging out. Most damage is caused by groups of more than 4 people. We often have groups suck rocks into impellers because they are too close to shore coming back to change drivers. This is a 1000 repair. We will do our best to help you avoid this).

I understand and agree that I am being truthful about my group size. If OKWS staff arrive on site on the rental day to find that I have more drivers than originally booked, OKWS reserves the right to cancel my rental, without refund. If my driver list expands between when I book and my rental date, I will inform OKWS so arrangements can be made.

Damage Deposit Agreement *

By checking this box, I agree to and understand the Ohana Kai Watersports Deposit Policy as outlined below.

The day of the rental, OKWS will place a 1000 per jet ski hold on my credit card. This hold will be released upon the safe return of the equipment, and can take up to 1 week to release, depending on my credit card issuer. OKWS will not be able to release any equipment to me without first placing this hold. If OKWS is unable to place this hold on my card, my rental will need to be rescheduled. There will be a fee for this. Recovery of damages will not be limited to the amount of this hold.

Some boat launches we visit have taken away season passes and instigated a ‘per launch fee’. The cost for launches at these places/lakes will be added post rental ‘at cost’ ranging from 10-30 dollars depending on the lake/launch.

Life Vest Size and Quantity Request *

[For ‘Events’ just note ‘EVENT’ – We will bring a large assortments of vests for your group.] Adult extra-small through 3XL sizes available. Vests run small, order a size up from your t-shirt size. – Please remember, people can share sizes. We will do our best to accommodate requested numbers and sizes. Most groups do not need more than 6 life vests. – We do not carry kids sizes. Please plan to provide your own USCG approved life vest for anyone under 12 years or 100lbs. We also do not carry vests large enough for folks over about 250lbs
