Crew Member - Covington, WA
Responsibilities:
-Bring jet skis to people at the lake
-Provide orientations and safety briefings regarding operational procedures
-Be available during the day at the lake to problem solve and supervise the rental
-Occasionally be involved with group event facilitation (helping people on and off jet skis)
-Use sunscreen 🙂
Requirements:
-Summer and Weekend availability (June – September)
**Our ideal candidate(s) will have availability on weekdays and especially weekends from Mid June thru the end of August, or into early September.**
-Valid drivers license *and* a clean driving record
-Drug & Smoke free
-Comfortable towing and reversing trailers around sometimes crowded boat launches/ramps (Training and work truck provided)
-Good upper body strength/mobility to be able to launch and retrieve jet skis from a trailer.
-Punctual, with good communication skills and a good sense of self direction.
-Reliable transportation to our shop location in Covington.
-6 to 10 hour days, 30-40 hours per week.
-This is a more independent, and self-directed role.
Starting Wage:
-20/hour with good opportunities for tips and bonuses

Important to understand:
This is not a ‘traditional job’ where you show up to our location and serve customers at our location. We deliver our jet skis to the boat launches at Lake Washington, Lake Tapps, Lake Sammamish and occasionally other lakes. Our clients rent day and multi day packages. Work can be dependent on the weather, and weekdays sometimes have intermittent work. We are generally able to offer up to 3-4 days of work per week. With full availability, we are able to offer guaranteed 30 hours per week minimum pay between July 1st and September 1st.
Dockhand - Renton, WA
Responsibilities:
-Check-ins and Check-outs of clients at our waterfront location behind the Southport Hyatt in Renton
-Provide orientations and safety briefings regarding operational procedures
-Assist clients onto and off of jet skis/boats
-Cleaning and fueling jet skis/boats
-Use sunscreen 😉
Requirements:
-Summer and Weekend availability (June -Mid September)
**Our ideal candidate(s) will have full time availability during our opening hours from June 1 into early September.**
-Typical shift schedules of 10a-6p, 12p-8p, and 1pm-9pm.
-Valid drivers license *and* a clean driving record
-Drug & Smoke free
-Punctual, with good communication skills and a good sense of self direction.
-Reliable transportation to our location in Renton.
-8-10 hour days, 40 hours per week.
-This is an outdoor job, expect to spend several hours on your feet at a time.
