Multi Day Rental Provisions

I am Towing Away. I attest that I (or someone in my party) have trailer towing, and watercraft launching experience. It is my responsibility to ensure safe and secure overnight moorage for the rented watercraft, if there is nothing adequate I must trailer the watercraft when unattended.
I am having my jet skis delivered and don't have to worry about towing and launching. It is still my responsibility to ensure safe and secure overnight moorage for the rented watercraft, even though Ohana Kai staff will assist in the inital delivery/setup.

Primary Renter and Age Agreements

I confirm I am at least 25 years of age and will be present for check-in. If I am not 25 years of age, or present for check-in, I understand Ohana Kai may cancel my rental without refund. I also understand all drivers must be at least 18 years of age to operate the watercraft.

Policies on Year

Damage Deposit Agreement

I understand and agree that I will pay a 1500 dollar per watercraft damage deposit at check-in. If, for any reason, I cannot pay the damage deposit, I understand my rental will be canceled without refund.

Booking/Cancellation Policies Agreement

I agree that making a booking constitutes acceptance of all Ohana Kai booking and cancellation policies. Details can be found on the website (ohanakaiwatersports.com/policies). I confirm I have read and agree to these policies.

Life Vest Size Request

Adult extra-small through 3XL sizes available. Vests run small, order a size up from your t-shirt size. We do not carry kids sizes. Please plan to provide your own USCG approved life vest for anyone under 12 years or 100lbs. We also do not carry vests large enough for folks over about 250lbs

Payment Authorization

I authorize Ohana Kai to charge my/this card for the payment of the rental fee. This card may also be used for the Damage Deposit and any Post Rental Fees
